Students will be divided into groups based on the teachers’ knowledge of the students and the classroom dynamics. Each member in the group will have specific roles.
The Chefs are responsible for developing a survey and gathering data for the foods and beverages and to create the menu using MS Word or Publisher.
The Managers are responsible for creating a survey and collecting data for the desserts. They will also create a 30 second to 1 minute podcast script about their restaurant.
The Architects will be responsible for creating a survey and gathering data for the theme of the restaurant. They will create a floor plan for the restaurant using online software.
